欧盟CE认证噪声指令要求如下：

    该指令仅适用于第12和13条款所涉及的机械设备清单,不适用于所有用于户外的机械设备。条款12中涉及的任何机械设备在市场销售或交付使用之前，生产商或其在欧盟地区授权的代表必须按照符合性评定程序对产品进行评审。

    本指令适用于需采取噪音排放措施，及需在每台机械上均安装有显示其保证噪音水平标签的57种型号的户外设备。此外，该指令还为57种类型中的22种设定了噪音极限，对于有噪音极限的设备，还需有欧盟公告机构的参与。
